Q:  Do your Characters travel?

A:  We are willing to travel to many locations within Indiana! Birthday Packages or Events within 30 miles of our central hub (TIPTON) require NO travel fee. Locations further than 30 miles (one way) will automatically accrue a $50 Travel Fee in addition to the selected "Party Package". ​

Q:   Are you Insured?

A:   Yes we are! Our team and assets are fully insured to perform and operate at your Event!


Q:   How to RESERVE my Party Package?​

A:   Our Calendar books quickly, we suggest to reserve your party 1-3 months in advance. We will temporarily HOLD your Party Date, NO Deposit Required! We will be in communication with you as your temporarily "HELD" Party Date approaches to obtain details and answer questions. To finalize and secure your Party Package we REQUIRE payment in FULL anytime prior to your actual Party Date.

(We Accept: Paypal, Venmo, or Personal Check).​​

Q:  What is your Cancellation Policy?

A:   If you must Cancel, we do request to be notified AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, our Booking Manager will be in early communication with you to ensure you'd like to move forward with your temporally HELD Party Date. AFTER payment has been rendered, we DO NOT offer refunds, we will RESCHEDULE your event for your family or the Party Package can be gifted to friends/family. We are flexible and willing to accommodate. 


Q:   Can I offer Gratuity to the Performers?

A:   Absolutely! We are honored to SERVE you, and our cast members highly appreciate gratuity! Gratuity is NOT required.
